Short report on the first steps of Erasmus+ project - ROMANIA
This is what has already happened:
• Our school s teachers were informed during the first Teachers Council about the project and its content;
• Part of the students who represent the target group were informed about the project; they made some posters on the project theme, took some pictures in front of our school;
• Put up a notice with the criteria for the project team selection, in the teachers room;
• Project team selection by an evaluating board;
• We created an Erasmus Corner for the first school day;
In September the following are going to happen:
• At the first project team meeting, will discuss about the roles of each member, will constitute small groups with different tasks;
• We are going to decide on a special day in a week for the project meetings (on Mondays);
• We ll select the students who represent the target group (10-15);
• Presentation of the project, using the existing materials (the interview/animation) to the students and to Erasmus team 
• presentation of all means of communication along the project;
- discussion related the contest on  the logo of the project with Art teacher;
Ways of dissemination:
• Community was informed by means of local media(www.dorohoinews.ro);
• Leaflets spread in local shops, libraries...
• Nonformal discussions;
• Parents meetings.
